Arrow Video's The Deadly Spawn was released yesterday, as such here's a thread to share your thoughts and opinions of it. What did you think of the film? The extras? The packaging? The sound/picture quality?

Let your fellow cult fans know!

Hahaha! Kyle asked everyone to share their thoughts and opinions, and everyone posts links to other people's thoughts and opinions.

My opinion? Well, I love the film, it's cheap and cheerful but nicely done. I have the Synapse release though, so I'm no help.

I'm not as clever or witty as Mark Kermode. And I ain't no student film reviewer who just saw A Tale of Two Sisters and now he thinks he's cultured in cinema, but this movie is great. I loved it.

As a movie I thought The Deadly Spawn was rubbish. The special fx are excellent though for such a low-budget production and make me want to keep it in my collection.
