Hopefully mine is at home. I got Surf Nazis... in Friday's post, but no Combat Shock or Nuke Em to go with it

All three were shipped on the same day, which makes it all the more strange why Surf Nazis Must Die arrived on Friday, Class of Nuke 'em High today, but no sign of Combat Shock. Maybe tomorrow.

I'm seriously tempted to blind buy this from HMV on my way home from work - not entirely sure what to expect haha...

Took a gamble and picked this up on my way home in store at HMV, £13. I actually enjoyed it quite a bit, picture quality was great considering it probably wasn't filmed that expertly, or on decent gear or decent stock... Gags were funny, effects were surprisingly good considering the low budget - acting was shocking haha... Is this a good representation of Troma? I've not seen any other stuff from the studio. I bought Combat Shock too but I'm expecting that to be completely different. Considering I enjoyed this, where should I go next? |

Hmm. It's representative of SOME Troma but certainly, as you say, something like Combat Shock is totally different. I know it's not Arrow but if you want some similiar Troma, go for The Toxic Avenger. And it's not Troma but a similiar Arrow title would be Street Trash - in fact it's a lot funnier than Class. |
