Hopefully but it shouldn't be that much of a fight, especially after an admission and a plan to rectify. I mean, they're going to have to pay to reauthor at this point so they can bite the costs of a replacement programme. How many people who have bought it are even aware of the issue?

I they do issue replacements, then I'll gladly take my 3 copies, if not then I won't be spending any more money on it and will have to put up with the error.
I think I'll email Arrow and ask them what their intentions are.

It does indeed, i would contact Arrow and ask what happens now.

Or if Arrow are looking in maybe a statement on here or Facebook would be appreciated.

That's pretty poor as it just teaches people not to preorder really.

Part of me thinks that Arrow aren't as bothered about getting a reputation now they're not affiliated with this forum. I could be wrong though

Bloody hell, that was quick! Here's their reply

Hi Richard

I am afraid we will not be running a replacement programme, we are very frustrated that this error was introduced by the seamless branching but there isn’t anything we can do about it at this stage. I can only apologise profusely. I hope you are enjoying the disc nonetheless.

Best regards

Francesco

Francesco must be a comedian, because that is a ****ing joke!

I learnt that lesson a long time ago. This time I waited for reviews and it didn't help. I'm sure they're still concerned about their reputation. They a while to announce the replacement for The Beyond too. I just think they're too concerned about what the effect of doing the right thing is financially, which unfortunately for them shouldn't enter into it. While I've learned not to preorder, they haven't learned to QC properly so they can only blame themselves.
