Sorry for my genetically excused attitude to complain and not report the positive resolution - as much as I fight German as my mother tongue, these things may never be taken care of completely

So, right after that automatic reply came a not automatic reply from Lisa, telling me that my first mail had been received and accepted and the discs should gouz out in the next few days - excellent service!

Already had a replacement disc, just wondering if I'll get a free DVD.....probably not.

BTW, Man with a Severed Head is a real Euro oddity, it'e well worth a look IMO. Paul Naschy! With a Severed Head!

Either a really strong magnet, or breaking the case.

You could ask nicely in a shop, but it might look dodgy.

I got my replacement and a copy of The Man With The Severed Head this morning too! Never seen it so I'm pretty happy. I had no issues paying postage personally, so adding this on top is pretty great of them in my book.

Probably at the moment, but I'm sure they'll get around to everyone who posted their original discs eventually. I get the feeling that it's just the one person sorting out the replacements.

Mine arrived today with TMWTSH. I sent 2 copies of ZFE off and only received one back though.

I don't have proof of purchase either so hope they can rectify this without it.
