I wasn't even particularly bothered about the mistake, but the way they a) tried to brush it off and then b) just dealt with everything in the wrong way.

Most of us, no matter what job we do, have to deal with customers in one way or another, if we did our job the way they have dealt with this situation we'd be getting disciplined or even fired for it - as much as I feel sorry for them, they're only doing it this way now because they have quite clearly realised they're not going to get away with it!

agree the six seconds did not bother me at all, its the way arrow went about it, would of save them a lot of hassle and sales if they had just done the right thing in the first place, really don't know what they where think when they thought of charging people for replacements

are Arrow still scanning these pages? it seems a very very fast turnaround in their new return scheme. I've avoided their facebook comments because in the past i've noticed alot of people haven't got a clue as to what Arrow have released in the past and have just jumped on the bandwagon.

Just got in from work and my fiver has been refunded........well done Arrow. You look like you were trying to do what you thought was best, held your hands up and said we got it wrong and have put a free replacement program in place. Now every on should be happy and i am sure many will thank you for it.
