I'm looking forward to the two Massimo Dallamano movies - the blurb says that I'll be able to "Wallow in the sleaze and enjoy the depravity" so it's all good - as Ian Fletcher might say.

Is Super Bitch actually any good though? Euro crime with Ivan Rassimov ought to be worth seeing but I had understood it was a bit rubbish.

I just wish it had come out before the GFT screening. I'd love to get that signed by Fabio Frizzi.

I only realised I wouldn't have a copy with me when going to the screening, so may take the Media Blasters/Shriek Show R1 anniversary edition DVD instead. However, I have a couple of soundtracks I'd like him to sign (The Beyond and City of the Living Dead).

The Night Child, Super Bitch and Christmas Evil are £8 each to pre-order at HMV, for anyone interested.

All three will be mine, but i'm holding back with my pre order until nearer the time. The Troma releases were all £8 then dropped to £6 a fortnight before release.

Even though the price may drop to £6 each, I'm still going to pre-order them due to HMV's price guarantee on pre-orders.

I had them pre-ordered at Amazon, but saving around £10 for 2 of the titles, I can live with HMV's slow delivery, so I've cancelled the Amazon order.

At the moment, I have Christmas Evil and Night Child ordered from hmv.com and Super Bitch ordered from Amazon (where it's £8).

Pre-ordering is a bit like a game of Roulette, you just have to hope your chips are in the right place when the wheel stops spinning
