I'm glad Arrow are releasing these classics. When Dawn was in America as the 4 Disc edition it tormented me knowing it wasn't out here

You have to correct your description of the product on My Space...

You say there´ll be 3 cuts of the movie, George A. Rombero approved theatrical cut, Director’s Cut of feature presentation, and the Dario Argento Cut of feature presentation.

As you may know, the theatrical cut is called by romero himself the director´s cut. The so called director´s cut is the extended Cannes cut edited by the producer, making it the extended producer´s cut.

The Official Variations of Dawn Of The Dead:
01- Theatrical / Director´s Cut
02- Extended Cut (wrongly called the director´s cut as it was edited by the producer without the director)
03- European Cut (released as Zombi for the european market, assembled by Dario Argento with music by Goblin)

Romero has stated this in numerous interviews.

Arrow's Day sp. ed. DVD arrived through my letterbox yesterday and another suitably superb package for those still supporting the SD format.

Btw, can anyone confirm is the 5.1 soundtrack are scrapped on Day of the Dead? I really don't need it!

And... did it come with exactly the same comic book as last time?

Thanx!
