Someone asked this elsewhere, but are they showing 35mm prints or DVD versions?

In answer to this Cut and Run will be projected from DVD at Deodato's request. We asked for a digitbeta or film print and he has mentioned that the longest - and best looking - version out there is the region 1 disc. I know this might be a bit of a bummer for some but having the director there will, I hope, not make you feel it's £6 badly spent.

The others - there is the chance to do digibeta showings ala the recent CineExcess.

Cheers for that!

I would love to get to this... but it's not so easy to disappear to Glasgow for the weekend.

You know I'd have loved to attend this but there's no way I can get to Scotland (again) and I've got a lot on in my personal life right now. But if there's another event like this somewhere in The Midlands then I'll be there because I'm sure it would be a good laugh even if I hardly drink.

Why not do one for Birmingham? It's the second biggest city in the country, it's right in the middle of the country as well and it's a beautiful area. In fact I'm sure way more people on here would show up if it was round these here parts.
