Not to be pedantic, but the name of the company was VTC which was short for Video Tape Centre. I believe that they were originally a Swedish company. They had a fantastic range of titles that included such gems as Alien Terror, The Bloodbath of Doctor Jeckyll, The Changeling, Endgame, Mother's Day, Possession, Superstition and Zombie Holocaust as well as many more great horror films. The rest of their catalogue had some very interesting movies in too such as Good Guys wear Black, It's Called Murder Baby, The Mack, Mad Mission part 2, The Streetfighter series and Stone. There are many more titles on this label, but these are the ones that I can remember off the top of my head.

I thought something smelled fishy

Great to see you're subscribed to the Shameless YouTube channel, buddy It's coming along nicely!

Ha - the Shameless taglines are the best. It wouldn't be Shameless without them!

I've never had the opportunity to see Fulci's The Black Cat, is it worth a blind buy? I understand this film doesn't feature as much graphic violence as the other horror movies Fulci was making around the early 80s (The Beyond, etc).

It has..... D Warbeck and Patrick Magee. Isn't this enough??
Slow burning and atmospheric OR tedious and drawn out......

Yeah, you're right, anything featuring these two cult faves has got to be worth a watch. Does anyone know whether Shameless intend to release The Black Cat on Blu-ray?

The Black Cat as others have said is an atmospheric take on Lovecraft done Fulci style. Well worth having in my opinion.

Most of Lucio's work aren't horror gorefests, just the main four really.
