whilst innocently watching the culture show (checking out this Wicker Man play thing, starts at His Majesty's in Aberdeen next week apparently!) i came across M Kermode's annual "awards" ceremony, now USUALLY i agree or nod appreciatedly at his choices BUT (and zis ees a BEEEEG but) i CANNOT in all good conscience condone his decision in giving Best Film to WNTTAK...easily the most PREDICTABLE film ive seen in years, the only thing thats "shocking" about it is Tilda Swinton's mannered performance
