Easter Holidays.

Now I know that some of you kind people out there think that working in a school is a cushy number; short days, long holidays, clean environment, and so on... Well I'm here to tell you that you're completely and absolutely correct! Go to the top of the class and while you're there give the text books out. I've got two weeks holiday now and I don' have to do any of that nasty marking or lesson planning 'cause I'm NOT a teacher!
Don't get me wrong here, the teachers I work with are very hard working and conscientious. Me, I go to work, do what I'm asked to do, have a laugh and a joke with the kids I work with, and then go home and not think about it until I next go in. Cool, eh? My pay is not brilliant and I can't afford foreign holidays, especially as they all go up in price during school holidays, but I don't need a lot to keep my wife, son and myself and I only go red and peel when the sun comes out. Besides the only place I've ever been to that I don't say "oh! I'd love to live here, sigh!" was France.
Darwin D'Arc is being a little stubborn in shoving himself onto the page but I'm sure that with a little more coaxing he and his friends will be here soon.
