I have just ordered this from Amazon Marketplace - Ladies or Gentlemen: A Pictorial History of Male Cross-Dressing in the Movies: Amazon.co.uk: Jean-Louis Ginibre: Books - needless to say, I didn't go for the copy that is currently selling for £38.16!

I bought Robert Englund's autobiography-Hollywood Monster the other day from eBay for £2.72, it's just arrived and it's only bloody signed by the man himself inside!!
I checked on Amazon's "LOOK INSIDE" and it's definitely not a printed signature, so I'm super happy about this!
