Down And Dirty isn't as good as Easy Riders (which is exceptional) but it's still a really good read, it's remarkably prescient given Harvey's problems. I'm not going to spoil it, but originally the first studio that went for Good Will Hunting wanted Brad Pitt and DiCaprio and it was initially a crime thriller. It's full of stuff like that.

Why do you always opt for Kindle books, Treb?

I much prefer to hold a real book in my hand. I hate staring at screens constantly. Do enough of that here.

Your choice of course, i was merely wondering.

Usual cheaper as the books were 2.99 each and saves space and also with the kindle paperwhite it's more like a printered book compared to reading on tablet etc

You’d be surprised how much like paper it is and it’s not backlit so doesn’t strain your eyes! I must admit though, I’ve had a kindle for years and 100s of titles but I favour a real book! The kindle is particularly good for travel though, or commuting on the bus.

Yeah, I prefer a physical book, but I do read books on my iPad when I’m travelling, never pay for them though, it’s always the free stuff from authors like Lovecraft and Poe or classics that are in the public domain such as Dracula etc
