Picked up a pb, Jeremy Dyson's Never Trust A Rabbit, which should be fun considering his pedigree. £1.

Picked up this today at The Works. The final quote on the back cover made me buy it.

Had to pop into The Works for a copy of that ‘Witchfinders’ book after seeing Dem post it on here looking forward to reading it.

Also found “laptop man” graphic novel in a charity shop for £2. Looking forward to that too. Looks fun! Hoping it’ll be suitable for the kids too, cause they love comics and drawing their own too - the book seems to be about a comic writer/illustrator.

Two books from eBay.

I've read This Is Going to Hurt before and have listened to the audiobook version, read by the author. I bought it because a friend wanted to borrow it but I couldn't find it anywhere, so I think I've lent it to someone and they still have it.

I listened to some of the CD audiobook of Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency some years ago and thought it was very funny and enjoyed the TV adaptation, so wanted to read the book myself.

Buying them together was a multi-buy offer, making one 25% cheaper than buying it individually.

That WITCHFINDERS book is awesome!
I read it years ago and remains one of the best books I have read. Seriously!
You won't be dissapointed.

..and one that subject I picked up this one from The Works a while back. I have not started it yet.

There was a book on witches and witchcraft at The Works on Friday. A nice lavishly illustrated hardback...by DK.

Mentioned the Pendle Witch trials once, quite literally said Pendle Witch Trials in a brief list of English witch hunts. I looked in the index you see.

Really not the authority on witchcraft if you ask me. Stick to Marvel and Star Wars guys.

A pb of Naked Lunch. This one being the "restored text" version. I'll get stuck in over the weekend methinks. £1.
