Graphic Novels You'd Love To See Turned Into A Film

Hi everyone,

So over the past few years, Hollywood has gone superhero crazy! There's so many coming out and even more planned for the future. The latest addition to the genre, Ant-Man looks like it's going to be a lot of fun from the new trailer...

So, here's a question for all those who read graphic novels. Which other comics would you love to see adapted for the big screen?

Whether it's another Marvel superhero book or a dark, independent horror comic - old or new! - let us know below...

I've no idea how it would be done, but Black Hole by Charles Burns could be awesome. David Fincher was apparently going to direct an adaptation with Brad Pitt, but the last I heard Fincher had turned his attentions to a remake of Strangers on a Train instead.

Off the top of my head, I would have to go for the Batman GN, The Killing Joke featuring The Joker. I won't go into plot details, but I will say that if you haven't read this yet, then hunt it down ASAP!

Neonomicon by Alan Moore would be great but if it was to be done then the censors would freak out

I haven't read them myself, but I've seen them when my brother read them, and everything I saw made me think Transmetropolitan, if animated or rotoscoped like Waking Life and A Scanner Darkly, would be quite a trip!

I was going to suggest that, but then thought it would be a bit too heavy! Palestine would also make for a thought-provoking and intelligent film.
