There were quite a few in my local branch. They had a stand with a lot of DK books - Star Wars, DC Universe, Doctor Who, things like that. All at £6.

Fab Press has mentioned on Facebook today that they're re-issuing the Beyond Terror Fulci book later this year as a Special edition, i myself am keen to get this as I had the original book published in '99 and have long since misplaced it - copies going for £150+

As far as I know it's going to be an updated version, like what they did with the Cannibal Holocaust/Ruggero Deodato and Alan Jones's Argento book. I paid about £20 for the Beyond Terror book when the first paperback edition came out, and like you say, it goes for daft money now!

That is a book I missed first time round and have, in the past, bid on copies but always been pipped at the post, this will be great to pick up at a decent price. Hope they do a hardback edition.

I have the original hard cover edition signed by the author. It's a heavy duty book and pretty awesome.

Did you manage to get one of these when they briefly appeared?

No messing about. Just the first three films!

Probably the most expensive book i ever bought.

Yes, I got that Dem. Yeah, I remember it was very pricey but one look inside and I just had to have it no matter what. Brilliant book.

I keep looking out for this in WH Smith where it's supposed to be £6. It seems okay from what i've seen inside.

Wow! £6. That's one to look out for. Thing is with the DK books, I find sometimes I walk past them thinking they are aimed at a younger reader like a sticker album or something but actually they contain some pretty decent stuff like the Star Wars Visual History book.
