Watching Easy Riders Raging Bulls last night reminded me how i almost met Peter Bogdanovich.

Way back in 2004 i was casually shopping in Manchester when i wandered into Waterstones and low and behold Bogdanovich was doing a book signing and talk. Sadly as i didn't have a ticket for the event i was unable to meet him but i did see him in the flesh so to speak.

I declared my disappointment to the manageress who kindly went over to the table and got me one of the 50 books he'd pre-signed for general store sale ... and she let me have it for half price.

To say i was chuffed and grateful is an understatement.

Starting tomorrow on an Indiegogo campaign, FAB Press are re-releasing an expanded super duper version of Stephen Throwers Beyond Terror; The Films of Lucio Fulci. Coming in a Eibon box with a DVD of Fulci trailers and a Tee shirt. Looks the mutts nuts and worth a punt even if you have the original hardback edition.

It would seem that there is a sequel to the Bruce Campbell autobiography 'If Chins Could Kill: Confessions of a B Movie Actor' coming in August

Sorry no. I was discussing it with MTDS when it was first listed to preorder last year but the lack of info meant neither of us bothered with it.

Updated?

I didn't know there was an earlier release. Just English and Euro.

Look forward to this.

Christmas reading is going to consist of American Gothic and Daleks.
