Thanks for the info

I must say I really enjoyed the first issue of SCREAM magazine so decided to get no.2. Think I may subscribe when/if it becomes a possibility. Looking forward to the interview with John Carpenter next month. Though I'm not wholly convinced by the look of his new film...

Yeah John Carpenter sucks these days.

Scream magazine is cool. Issue 3 should be out about now.

Fangoria has a lot of critics, but since its change in editor a few issues back it really has improved, its no longer just adverts for the big studios productions.
Recently its had interviews with Jean Rollin, Barbara Shelley, Gene Simmons and Richard Matheson. Together with its features on older films - Wolfen, Psychomania etc it may be worth another read. It seems to have taken note of how Rue Morgue serves everyones tastes

Its certainly more varied and fun than the awful Gorezone.

Agreed! I've actually started buying Fangoria again on occasion after over 20 years of not bothering! It's a good read at the moment with a lot of variety.

I've just renewed my subscription as it really has benefited from the slight change in content and format -- it now looks more like the magazine I started buying all those years ago.

Its even had a free poster or two recently to add to its improvements, not that they are needed personally, but it makes it seem like the mag of old
