Finished The Proud Highway. A fascinating collection of letters from 1955 to 1967 from Thompson. What makes it interesting is how his writing starts off reasonable but as it goes along it becomes his gonzo style. Recommended if you're a fan of Hunter S Thompson, however not one to start off with.

Sound. Whatever happens in that regard, the ones you 'see' whilst reading them are always a bit more 'streamlined' than the actual episodes due to Dicks' attitude to the material (whoever wrote the original scripts ... you can tell with the novels it's TD rampant).
Ahem.
Enjoy! I've got The Highlanders. It barrels along
