Currently reading The Movie Doctors which i acquired from the library in amongst all the WWII romances and the TOWIE autobiogs. So far it's quite like the radio show...in a book. Hmmmm.

That's for fun, I'm also reading Songs Of A Dead Dreamer by Tittering Thomas Ligotti. Grim and prim, this is an odd collection of tales, though there is more use of the first person narrative in these earlier ones I'm finding. Plus the rather po faced introduction pissed me off.

I saw the show at a local theatre 2 weeks ago and it was a right ol' jolly laugh I bought the book from Book Depository for £10 in postage rather than £20 in Waterstones!

I'm currently reading Frank Herbert's Dune for the first time ever after (re)watching the Lynch attempt of the film last week.

Let me know what you think of Dune. I find it helps to throw on some Vangelis as you read. You just get swept up in the world.

That's why I find Vangelis helps out a lot.

I actually just finished Dune a couple of weeks ago. It was very wordy and kind of slow moving at times but it has a way of sucking you in. Well worth the read

I've been reading this lately: Ian Fleming's James Bond: SPECTRE: The Complete Comic Strip Collection‏ - Krank.ie

Please excuse the shameless plug, but we are desperate for page hits

Consider it hit!

Did you just write the article or are you a co-author on the book itself Mac?

Just the article, I'm afraid. I'm far too plebby to be allowed to write a book. I'm just amazed that they let me read them.

By the way, thanks for the hit.
