There was the tiniest reference to Cthulhu in that Rivers Of London (see what are you reading thread ahem) .... which was nice.

I'd also like to believe that it's the big C chasing Rick & Morty in their title sequence

I hear the HPLHS are going to make Dreams in the Witchhouse into an opera??

Decent enough article in last Darkside (Salems Lot cover) by Neil Pettigrew about the films based around HPL's work. No Dark Intruder though .... part 2 next issue.

Yep. Me and the kids turned it off when that happened. We too couldn't work out who it was aimed at other than insomniacs. Truly terrible.

The Thing On The Doorstep (2014, Tom Gliserman)

Ooooh, one of my top 3 Howies
Made into a kineograph??

Apart from the modern setting, it's almost all there ... almost

Shot flatly (some terrible cheapo CGI aside), this being the tale of Edward Derby and his new wife.
If you know the story like the back of your claw like wot I does, you can guess the rest.
One crucial element is missing though, and I don't just mean it's not scary
