SHAM031 - The Speculation Thread

I've set up so that you can speculate on what SHAM031 might be, as mentioned in the Almost Human thread here.

Maybe is something else post apocolyptic like Lucio Fulci's The New Gladiators. Ive not seen it, but the clips on youtube look cool.
