I checked it on my American player and on that one the sound comes in halfway during the House trailer before it freezes completely... both are Panasonics.

I've played mine on the Panasonic BWT800 and Panasonic BD85 and it plays without any problems,i would make sure i have the latest firmware installed on my player and then i would think that the disc is faulty.

Both players are only a few months old so I assume the firmware is up to date... anything I can do here? The disc was bought from Amazon UK

I'll ask Shameless and see what they suggest.

Me too and it's nice to have both SD and HD bases covered in line with my collector tendencies.

I'll probably go for the blu-ray, even though italian audio would've been a great addition on the HD release as well.

Lookin' forward to getting the paycheck!

Any news on this? A friend of mine (who also has a Panasonic player) doesn't have any trouble with the trailers/introduction on his disc, so it does look like it's disc-related.

I've heard back from Shameless this morning and they're sorry to hear that it sounds like you have a faulty disc. The advise is to return it to the retailer from which you purchased it, reporting it as faulty, and they should give you an exchange.

Hope this helps.
