I've seen Van Bebber's feature length, Deadbeat at Dawn, and his short film, Roadkill: The Last Days of John Martin, and enjoyed them both. I've never seen any of his other flicks though. I think Anchor Bay UK released The Manson Family on DVD some years back - it was one of those titles I never bothered to pick up. I'd buy 'Deadbeat' and 'Roadkill' if someone like Arrow or 88 Films released them.

I liked Manson Family enough to buy it. The prospect of selling it a year or so down the line is appealing as well.

Still remember the lad who bought it from Blockbusters, brought it back and said it was the wrong film and he wanted Jim Van Bebber's Charlies family. I told him it WAS that film and he looked crestfallen

"but its so crap!"

I had to give him that so I refunded him.

Be careful though, some of Bebbers die hard fans are a little..... intense.
