Maybe, but even that paper seems half hearted when it comes to attacking a film nowadays.

It's a case of why bother when kids have access to porn and anything else in the world the second they switch on their phone.

She was head of a group called The Viewers and Listeners Association. Presumably that didn't fold just because she died.

it wasn't just films she was against, she also stood against gay news, she would have been protesting a few years ago when the same sex marriage bill came into place (my apologies - politics).

See you prove my point. Bigger things to ramble against than a few David Hess films.

She was named as the third pig on the Pink Floyd album 'Animals', written by Roger Waters

"Hey you, White House
Ha, ha, charade you are
You house proud town mouse
Ha, ha, charade you are
You're trying to keep our feelings off the street
You're nearly a real treat
All tight lips and cold feet
And do you feel abused?
You got to stem the evil tide
And keep it all on the inside
Mary you're nearly a treat
Mary you're nearly a treat
But you're really a cry"

The first pig was James Callahan and the second one was Margaret Thatcher

I can never decide if David Hess or George Eastman is hotter. It's difficult haha. I think George takes it though.

She absolutely loathed 'The Romans In Britain'...even tho she never actually saw the play!

https://www.theguardian.com/stage/2005/oct/28/theatre

"In October 1980 a daring new play opened at the National Theatre. News of its graphic violence and simulated male rape soon had Mary Whitehouse up in arms. No surprises there. But no one could have guessed what would happen next. Mark Lawson on the drama than changed theatrical - and legal - history"
