I would if it had a full-length director's commentary without any gaps!

How would the likes of these fare with the BBFC today?

. The New York Ripper
. The House on the Edge of the Park
. I Spit on Your Grave (all of them that are cut)
. Gutterballs
. Murder Set Pieces
. A Serbian Film
. Human Centipede 2
. Ilsa: She Wolf of the SS
. The Beast In Heat
. Gestapo's Last Orgy
. Love Camp 7
. Deported Women of the SS

Personally I could see The New York Ripper and The House on the Edge of the Park getting by uncut, I mean its been what half a decade since they were submitted or something like that? Same with Ilsa and (some) of the other Naziploitation films, could see them getting by.

ISOYG... The Original. Don't know: It might get by but I could definitely see it having cuts reduced. I'd imagine it'll finally get a full uncut release (if it won't get it already) in a decade or so. Remake and sequel: Remake might have cuts reduced, don't know about the sequel.

Never seen Murder Set Pieces, but it came out 12 years ago so surely it could get by with some cuts?

Human Centipede 2 or A Serbian Fim? Not uncut for... What several decades? Especially A Serbian Film. But as the decades go on I could see cuts very slowly being removed per-release, same with ISOYG.

The rules haven't changed regarding sexual violence so they'll stay cut.

I'm not so sure... after all there are really no 'rules' surrounding the majority of the decisions the BBFC make in terms of sexualised violence. They make the decision to cut purely based on what they infer could 'harm' us rather than an actual act or law which they are legally bound to (like in the case of the majority of animal cruelty cuts).

The guidelines, (if indeed there are any which i'm sure there aren't) on sexual violence haven't changed in ages and i can't see them changing any time soon.

Films are still being trimmed for it so in answer to the OP, i still say they wouldn't pass any of those listed if they have already been submitted this century and not passed.

They keep finding ways to pass previously cut or banned films either uncut or less cut than before though - e.g. The New York Ripper is 'less cut' in Shameless' Fan Edition than in the earlier release - of which only a few years separate them. There is also the case of The Human Centipede 2 which was banned outright at first only to be then released with a plethora of cuts. So in short, I have no idea what 'guidelines' they have in place as there seems to be no consistency plus increased leniency from one year to the next. I think the BBFC must make some of their decisions based on shaking a magic 8 ball...

I'd say that there's a good chance of ILSA, BEAST IN HEAT, and GESTAPO'S LAST ORGY, getting through uncut. They seem to have less issue with films that have significantly dated. The recent passing of EMANUELLE AND THE LAST CANNIBALS would seem to prove that.
And i would say that a film like BEAST IN HEAT, although offensive, is too ridiculous to take offense to these days.
