That wouldn't even be covered by the new rules about content of pornographic films, because that decision was made before The Inbetweeners 2 was released in cinemas.

I think they're getting confused, and the urination was cut from the film. I think they might be wrong, as I can't see almost 17 minutes of deleted scenes being cut.

Talking of which, those new rules are a joke. I saw someone on twitter being totally perplexed that a man can ejaculate on a woman, but now, a woman doing it could theoretically land the makers/participants in prison. It's madness I tell you, MADNESS!!!

The rules also seem extremely paternalistic as half of them (including the one you mentioned) only apply to activities which give pleasure to women.

You are right Nos, it's the distributor that decided the film should be cut to maximise profit and therefore the blame is upon them.........
But I disagree!! If the wishy washy guidelines by the BBFC had an ounce of sense, or could be interpreted by anyone outside their unholy cabal, there would be no reason to cut in the first place.
At 17 you can join the army and go kill Johnny Foreigner for cheaper petrol prices, that's okay, but if you can't see someone urinate or hear too much bad language....

This is because women are inherently evil, after all, they ate the apple first and then used their womanly wiles to trick man to have a bite. Evil, I say, we should all go Taliban on their asses!!

Now I'm not up to date with this new urine guideline, I sort of get that peeing is alright as long as it's not on someone.... but does this mean that if films like, Animal House, Borat, Bronson, Caddyshack - the original turd in the pool film, The Canterbury Tales, Cheech and Chong's Next Movie, The Executioner 2, Das Experiment, The Green Mile, Harold and Kumar Escape from Guantanamo Bay, Homeland, House by the Edge of the Park, I Spit on your Grave 2, Island of Death, Jabberwocky, Jackass 3D, Night of the Demon - hey, he pee's on Bigfoot -, The Power of One, Rawhead Rex, Scrapbook, Shogun, Sons of Anarchy - Ep 6.1 - , Spartacus, Gods of the Arena - Ep 2 - , Stir Crazy, Street Trash, Sugar Hill and on and on...will they now all need to be cut to comply with the new BBFC guidelines?
Is pissing on zombies alright? After all they're not human...because then Braindead and Tales from the Hood will need to be cut. It appears though that pissing on the Devil himself is alright! As Toxic Avenger 3 has sailed through the BBFC unscathed...

BBFC guidelines....I piss on them!!

The new guidelines only apply to pornography – this is from the Independent:

Pornography produced in the UK was effectively censored on Tuesday after an amendment was made to the 2003 Communications Act. It banned a list of sex acts by demanding paid-for video-on-demand (VoD) online porn is regulated by the same guidelines set out by the British Board of Film Censors (BBFC) that DVD pornography (R18 films) must adhere to.

Three banned acts were deemed life threatening: strangulation, facesitting and fisting.

Other acts banned included spanking beyond a gentle level, full bondage and restraint (in conjunction with a gag and all four limbs restrained) and - bizarrely - female ejaculation.

Abusive language during sex is now also banned, alongside depictions of non-consensual sex.

More from the Independent:

"There appear to be no rational explanations for most of the R18 rules," Jerry Barnett of the anti-censorship group Sex and Censorship told Vice UK. "They're simply a set of moral judgements designed by people who have struggled endlessly to stop the British people from watching pornography."

More worryingly, the amendment seems to take issue with acts from which women more traditionally derive pleasure than men.

"The new legislation is absurd and surreal," Itziar Bilbao Urrutia, a dominatrix who produces porn with a feminist theme added to Vice UK. "I mean, why ban facesitting? What's so dangerous about it? It's a harmless activity that most femdom performers, myself included, do fully dressed anyway. Its power is symbolic: woman on top, unattainable."

In a piece for The Independent, award-winning erotic film director Erika Lust said that she believes "we need to rethink what is offensive or dangerous and what is, in fact, normal human nature, and remember that it’s more important to educate than regulate."

The Department for Culture, Media & Sport insists the BBFC's R18 certificate is a "tried and tested" method for protecting children.

"The legislation provides the same level of protection to the online world that exists on the high street in relation to the sale of physical DVDs," a spokesperson told us.

"In a converging media world these provisions must be coherent, and the BBFC classification regime is a tried and tested system of what content is regarded as harmful for minors."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

When looking at the cut made to Inbetweeners 2 to secure a 15 certificate compared to these guidelines on pornography, it seems a very weird situation when a mainstream film can't have urination, but can have someone shitting down a water slide, but an R18 pornographic film – when the viewer will be much more aware of the content than someone watching something in a multiplex – can't even contain spanking.

Also, because these guidelines don't affect films made outside the UK, the British porn industry will be adversely affected.

Inbetweeners 2 does have a urination scene in it. You see shots of Neil's penis cutting to a drop of urine falling on Simon's tongue followed by Simon getting a face full of piss. So what was cut?

And whilst still pissing in the wind, what about the amount of pissing and shitting on each other in what is essentially rough gay porn minus the penetration shots...Jackass?
