The assorted Black Emanuelle 2 titles make it one of the most confusing of the lot. The Severin release is definitely the Sharon Lesley film (aka Black Emanuelle No 2/New Black Emanuelle/Emanuelle Nera No 2). The Laura Gemser Black Emanuelle 2 was recently released by Optimum (heavily cut) as Black Emanuelle En Orient.

Gah!!

Godzilla Meets Black Emanuelle. Now that sounds promising.

Yeah a bit like Ilsa meets Bruce Lee.

On the censorship front, apart from several titles already mentioned, there doesn't seem to be anything too spectacular coming the BBFC's way that is likely to be cut or rejected. Perhaps Arrow will re-submit some of their recently censored titles like Virgin Among the Living Dead, Demoniac, Female Vampire and the Awful Dr. Orlof. You never know...the BBFC are bound to be more lenient now.

Virgin Among the Living Dead would have gone through uncut if Arrow had bothered to submitt the uncut version rather than the censored redmption version. Also i think Female Vampire and Orloff would definitely pass now.

Haven't seen Virgin or Orlof but Demoniac is unlikely to have all its previous cuts waived just yet.

6 secs of horsefalls still cut (one of them really nasty) but all other previous BBFC violence cuts (including the rape/breast slashing) are restored.

The rape scene would have been restored in the previous release but Momentum got shirty and removed the same footage as the video prints.

The Magnetic pre-cert is completely uncut but the 6 secs of horsefalls to the Optimum DVD don't affect the film in any way. One of them (the tripping of Donald Pleasence's horse) is just plain nasty.
