Very true about the animals violence in Ferox, but 88 Films are releasing Man from Deep River. If it is going to be an uncut release, then Anthropophagus seems most likely.

It's quite hilarious that Anthropophagus was considered a snuff film in the UK, when in reality, the foetus in question was actually a skinned rabbit.

And Absurd would be a great follow up as well.

It probably will be anthro but arguably either beast in heat or gestapos last orgy could be considered ultimate nasties, neither of which I would expect to get through uncut.

I hope it's absurd although I agree it's most likely anthro.

They would make a pretty good double bill, particularly with Absurd unofficially titled Anthropophagous 2.

"ultimate video nasty" eh, well one that has a chance of getting through the BBFC anyway as I remember it the most referenced Italian nasties were ZFE, Ferox and Anthropophagous, all were quoted as typical 'filth' that had to be banned for our protection the others were stuff like Texas Chainsaw etc. so if 'ultimate' is meant literally then it's gotta be...(can't be ZFE)

Ferox(would lose a scene or two I fear, tho the make-up based effects should come through)
or
Anthro(hate to say it but I think the 'one hand abortion' cheesy as it is may still get the snip, might just cut to George chomping away afterward)

as an outside bet, since the Ilsa sequels have come through the BBFC, Gestapo has a (long) shot, let's just hope if it does it's not about 11 minutes short

In all honesty is there anything that needs cutting from Gestapo's Last Orgy or Beast in Heat? Yes their sleazy and the subject matter as a whole - nazi's is distasteful but there not really that shocking, violent or graphic by todays standards.

Anthro and Absurd would pass through the BBFC ok, 88 could have the HD rights to Last House on the Edge of the Park. If it's an off the shelf HD master they've aquired it could be Madhouse.

It's either on the beach or on the left but not on the edge of the park.
