I didn't find the wait too long on the only occasion that I ordered from them. The problem was that when I reported a faulty item I received no reply at all.

I placed an order on Saturday (April 16) and it arrived yesterday (Thursday, April 21). Bearing in mind Monday (April 18) was a bank holiday, I didn't think they were too bad!

I sent at least a couple of messages via the contact form on their website, I contacted a guy on Facebook who gave me a direct email address, and I sent at least one direct email.
