Please rethink your cover design!

I do see where the OP is coming from, and normally I would agree if it was for any other release, but for me the Demons films are just so special that I quite like the fact that they are being singled out, just like with the original BR set. Remember, we haven't even seen the finished product yet, and I can't help feel that Arrow may have something up their sleeves other than the standard 'cardboard sleeve with plastic window' we are used to.

Just my 2cents, I like the idea of a change in spine colour, makes the collection more interesting(and yeah, that goes for Shameless too, now that the 'Shameless logo' spine is done)

Looking at the white cover, I think with the new artwork done for both films, black is the way to go.

To me the most important thing is getting the transfers correct.

As a result of poor releases, I have gaps in my collection where Arrow's Bird with the Crystal Plumage and Tenebrae should be.

I would love to have bought these discs - but the dreadful reviews put me off.

So with Demons and Demons 2, the artwork is very much secondary; get the transfers right, and you'll have my money. Guaranteed.

Yeah, it works in white. Looks good, even. But the black is my preference for it. Either way, I'll buy.

I did say something back when the covers first came out - I didn't like the idea of them being black from day 1. If I remember correctly I did say that but someone told me that the decision has already been made.

BUT now that the Blu-rays have been announced I just thought that the details for the two films aren't 100% final yet so I started a thread to chekc if others share my opinion.

On the one hand the black cases do look fantastic. As long as Arrow don't make a habit out of releasing different cases then I wont worry too much. I would prefer white though, as I'll really never see the front of the case, so wont miss anything.
