I doubt Shameless will go with the well used image, so there are some excellent choices there. I really like the French cover/posted you posted (the first one!).

I can't say I'm too impressed with the cover but I'm really not that bothered about it, it's the film I'm interested in.

Neither would i and the only real gripe i have with panel A is that i feel the murder mystery element isn't truly represented. Just the babe and the boy and that's it. The skeleton doesn't come into play that much imo.

Both the Italian DVD and VHS covers previously posted are well worthy of consideration too.
