No, Shameless rejected it because there are no tits on it - the main has to have a pair of tit's otherwise no-one will buy it. You can do what you want with the reverse though

Here is sneak peak at the artwork for CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST - It's only early days yet, so no yellow border but this is what it will be.

Apparently, the opening shots of the amazon have been replaced by long, lingering shots of boobs. Deodato say's it's a clever satire of today's sexualisation of cannibalism.
