Default The Christopher Walken Appreciation Thread

There's a lot of unanswered questions in life; is there life on other planets? What is the universe expanding into? How did life start? Is there an afterlife? What's that stange green slime inside my refridgerator? But if there's one thing that is unquestionably correct and definite its the fact that CHRISTOPHER WALKEN IS AWESOME!

Bow before the Walken!

So here's a thread to show your appreciation. Whats you favourite role he's played? Fav film? Or most importantly can anyone here do a good impression?

And do you even like him?!

Here's some shots of him doing what he does best in McBain

I love Walken, best full role for me is either The King Of New York or The Dead Zone.

He gets full marks for the way he dominates the film with his cameos in True Romance and Pulp Fiction though. A complete icon who needs to be cast more nowadays.

Maybe one of his lesser roles, but i always like his performance as the seedy crippled mob boss in Things to do in Denver When Your Dead. A brilliant underrated movie.

Yeah, his most humane performance was in Cronenberg's The Dead Zone, but he's turned in many fantastic performances.

The Deer Hunter is another favourite; His Nick in that was far more likable than that of De Niro's Mike.

One of the greatest music video's ever! Christopher Walken oozes charisma, he's been great in just about every film I've seen him in.

I don't know if I have a favourite Walken role which hasn't already been mentioned as he was superb in Pulp Fiction, True Romance, Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead, The Dead Zone, The Deer Hunter etc.

Come to think of it, I haven't seen him put in a bad performance in any film.
