The Films Of Olaf Ittenbach
Discuss his films here because I've seen steelbook editions of a few of his and want to buy them but I haven't seen any of them so buying them will be a blind buy for me.

I believe he's a German director of splatter movies, I haven't seen any though.

Just some dodgy German director, think of Uwe Boll then go down another three steps of the ladder. I've seen Legion of the Dead and Beyond the Limits uncut and they are both really poor, no budget, wastes of time. |

The Garden of Love AKA The Haunting of Rebecca Verlaine is probably my favourite of his. |

Legion of the Dead is awful. Beyond the Limits was okay. |

saw the UK Anchor Bay dvds LEGION OF THE DEAD and BEYOND THE LIMITS and although uncut couldn't save these from being shite films the former had too much stupid 'humour' which was one of the reasons for its downfall and the latter was boring there might be a good film from him out there but I'm not bothering to buy it |

I haven't seen enough of Boll's films to say whether your statement is completely justified (I hear Rampage is supposed to be pretty decent), but Ittenbach, whilst not a great director (he should have stuck to FX work of which he is a master), is certainly better than Boll in many respects.
