I got the R1 disc of Flavia ( Dont worry Almar i already own the Shameless disc + the redemption VCD ) and although its anamorphic the opening and closing credits change to 4:3 like the The Designated Victim inserts.

How come the trailer for Flavia, that I've seen on one of the other Shameless releases, is anamorphically enhanced then?

After Flavia all the Shameless titles came as anamorphic - Flavia is one that may one day get re-released as anamorphic - all seems like a long time ago now - Shameless has come on a bit since then!

I've recently bought the Shameless range, and Flavia was the first one I watched (apart from the Bronx films). I came (no pun intended) for the topless nun on the cover, but I stayed for the brilliant film.

As has been said already, totally unexpected, great in so many ways. It can hold it's head up I think as a good film period, not just good in its sub-genre.

I just finished watching this and really enjoyed it. I loved the middle age setting and, I wasnt overly impressed by my first foray into nunspliotation with Killer Nun, but I was plesantly suprised as Falvia is a really well made film with a great story and some fun exploitation elements. This is my favourite Shamless title so far.

Flavia was my among my first Shameless purchase, alongside Killer Nun , and I think its a great film.

Is it still the top selling single disc release Almar.?
