They still haven't listed the Shameless re-cut version of Venus in Furs on their website yet even though they passed it sometime ago.

Well I must admit to being pretty flabbergasted about this too. I never dreamed that this would get through intact and it does show the distance the BBFC has (finally) come. A BIG plus for Shameless, this.  I'm one of the first to criticize the BBFC when it comes to unnecessary or pointless cuts to films but I'll also be among the ones to commend them for passing this uncut. Let's hope this augurs well for Night Train Murders. |
