The Retrofilm DVD is in English, but it looks horrible.

Yeah,IMO the MYA disc trounces it,so this is Shameless's big chance to own the definitive version of a product the world over.

I had to warm up a bit to Four Flies but now I love it.
Top Argento giallo imho.
Can't wait to compare the various versions.

Love this trailer as it features footage that appears to have been shot especially for it.

Watched this for the first time last night - fell in love with it instantly! I'm still quite new to Argento's work as a whole, so this didn't have any 'lost classic' baggage for me. The copy I watched had atrocious sound/image, varying wildly from scene to scene. But the power of Argento's skill as a filmmaker easily shone through, some wonderfully editied scare sequences! a Blu Ray can't come soon enough (shame it's not the full Arrow package though) . . .

Is there more news regarding this release? Couldn't find it anymore at Amazon.co.uk
Play still lists it though.

Just noticed the Luigi Cozzi questions thread. Sounds like most of the interview questions are already answered in the book Oh well.

I imagine he's talking about the book Cozzi wrote about the film. I've not read it and I'd hazard a guess most of the people who will buy Shameless's DVD or BD won't have either.
