Sony is just trolling releasing this 7 days before the main event, had a dispatch note yesterday and I was excited until I read it properly

Just pre downloading Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War its 130gb which isn't bad but ill expect this to eventually go over 200gb with updates and do on.

PS5 reported to have only ~650gb usable space means 3 installed games my Switch has a 64gb memory card in it and I have around 8 installed RPGs

And unlike the Xbox you can't store ps5 games on external drive and transfer to internal, with any luck they will patch this.

There is a slot for an NVMe SSD but it won't be turned on until a later update, I also reckon you won't be able to put any SSD in there either it'll be some bespoke size. I believe you can play PS4 games from an external HD though so that will save space if you have loads of them.

Yes ps4 games can be played from external drive. But would be nice if you could store ps5 games on one.

Its only Cold War breaking the 100gb but i do worry that Cyberpunk will eat up the hard drive when the next gen patch comes out.
