It doesn't look like a Doom game,does it play any better? or one to avoid?

It plays like the old dooms, waves of enemies, keys need to be found to progress can carry all the weapons you find, there is a chainsaw and also power ups to be found and secrets etc are used to upgrade health, ammo, weapons and armour etc. Also can unlock more abilitys for weapons. It plays a lot more like an old school shooter with a few bells and whistles than new FPS. Played about 8 hours think I will get about 10-12 out of it but there are tonnes of secrets to find each level and challengers to complete so you can easily double that time. I'm enjoy but I might wait for a price drop

Graphically it's really not that impressive it's functional but that's it but any game is going to look poor after uncharted. Still lots of dark corridors like old dooms but lots of open spaces as well and you get transported to hell at one point
