Resident Evil Village

Looks a bit meh, really. I don't think the plot (Jesus, what plot?) has made any sense now for years. But otherwise, it looks like a generally creepy, indie style, big budgeted affair. I still think assets are being recycled. And Chris is just showing up to link it to the other games, and it's all just like, whatever.

Some fans are tuning out, like Dillon in the Details. Now I don't think I'll tune out totally. Will the franchise be a big part of my life anymore? Well, nah. I'll still be curious. But really. Anybody who plays these games for the story, can forget about receiving a story that adds up.

There's some gameplay videos of the released game now on YouTube. However, Capcom is issuing strikes to users, as the game isn't officially supposed to be getting released until this Friday.
