"Secret Service" - XBox360.

Just before I jump into "Fallout 3" Game of the Year".

Looking forward to a return visit to this gem (only played the original version with one of the downloads). I just hope the ****ing glitches don't ass rape me when I'm least expecting it.

Never tried Fallout 3, though it looks a great game.
Unfortunatly i've no experience at all in RPG's, or games like Fallout 3, which is a pity as i'd love to play some i've seen like Mass Effect , Dues EX etc.

Any advice.?

Been alternating between playing Final Fantasy VI on the PS1 and Far Cry 2 for the PS3.

Also just bought The Punisher: No Mercy from the Playstation Network. Bundles of fun and recommended for those that love the original Unreal Tournament and Quake III Arena.

Just get a RPG and jump straight into it vips. Chances are you will love the genre. Just make sure you have the time to play the game because once you start playing you won't want to stop. I'd start with Mass Effect or Fallout 3 as they are the best current generation RPG's (despite their glitches) and can be picked up fairly cheap now.

I'm playing Assassin's Creed 2 and God of War Collection.
AC2 better than previous one...it's fun and worth to play!
God of War Collection with remaster in HD look great the game still
fun as same as I've played many time on PS2 and I've played the demo
of GOW3 it's very cool.Especially the graphic that make the violent in game
kick your ass!

The normal "Fallout 3" (no extra content/missions/extension) is quite cheap now and truly a superb and enthralling work.

"Fable II" is not as good but it's easy to get into and plays much of ot for laughs.

And of course "Oblivion", which is like "Fallout" in the basic way it plays, but with a fantasy setting instead of a post apocalypse setting.
Though I think I still prefer the old XBox "Morrowind".

But those 3 are basically an RPG based first person shooter, so they play fast and the combat it great and hands on.
Unlike the 'group'/real time turn taking/pre-setting up attacks, hands off, combat like the "Final Fantasy" type...Which I hate.

Thanks 42nd Street , i'll check those out.

The last true RPG i played was a turn based Japanese game on 3DO & it was really confusing.
