Yesterday I bought a PlayStation 4 virtual reality kit.

So I've been playing the vr X-wing mission on Star Wars Battlefront 1 (which is incredible), Resident evil 7 and Skyrim vr. It's impressive tech, the sense of 3d is amazing. My kit came with a code for a vr experience where you are terrorized by a great white shark whilst in a diving cage - it was really scary! Am redownloading Wipeout and a few demo compilations to try out.

btw An added bonus is that you can watch true 3d films through the headset. I tried it out on my 2d/3d bd of Argento's Dracula. Also you can set headset to large screen option which makes films look like they're being displayed on a screen around 130" size. Unfortunately there is a noticeable 'screendoor' noise effect so films don't look as good as through television but it's still a fun alternative way to watch a movie.

Just played a Driveclub vr demo. It was amazing to drive in an interior dashboard view against several other opponents. I normally avoid that interior view in 2D driving games but it's great for virtual reality. Track was a bit blurry but it didn't detract from the experience. I was so impressed that I bought a new 19 pounds copy (including delivery) off ebay. Gran Turismo Sport does have some vr support but I've read that you can only race with one other car. Really you want more drivers to compete with.

Playing uncharted 4 , it looked nice on a normal ps4 but on the pro it's stunning , to the point that my flatmate thought I was watching a film.

Most people agree, but Konami won't allow it. Because Konami are Konami and Konami is the worst

I had no problems playing Wolfenstein: The New Order till the end. Only the London Eye was a pain in the ass.

No problems with Wolfenstein: The Old Blood either. Only the fight with Sturmbannführer Rudi Jäger took a bit of time.

Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus. I can't finish the first level.

Fortunately, help arrived today.

Been playing the new Spiderman game, looks amazing and the level of detail is staggering with little things like different car plates for cars etc. Another fantastic PlayStation exclusive.
