Being honest, I recall being a bit underwhelmed with even the first FEAR sequel. The first game was a really hard act to follow. The slow mo shooting mechanics and actually the enemy ai were top-notch in the original game. Shame it hasn't been ported over to the PS4, I wouldn't mind replaying it. :)

Since the PS5 launch games are a bit lackluster I've gone ahead an pre-ordered Yakuza: Like a Dragon to keep me entertained until some better next gen games come out.

Anyone else going to pick this one up, it's got a completely different battle system this time around, now it's a turn based RPG rather than an action fighter!

For me in terms of launch titles it's only demons souls but I can't justify spending that much

Demon's Souls is way too hard for me, I'm what you'd call a casual :lol:

Im in the same boat i have bought Demon's Souls when it first came out loved the style and the atmosphere but i sucked at it . I played Dark Souls and Dark Souls 2 same result then BloodBorne still no improvement Father Gascoigne can kiss my ass :lol:

Lords of The Fallen is the only game like that where i managed to almost complete the game but Souls fans don't consider that anything to be proud of :lol:

The souls community can be extremely toxic. to be fair though lords of the fallen is a broken game that they should've fixed, i liked the combat real meaty feeling to it

I'm downloading it now for pc was going too go for ps4 version but Ubisoft plus which is like Game pass has it , like Game pass all Ubisoft new games go on it, so also downloading new watchdogs , noticed you get ultimate editions which include seasons pass instead of normal. Mind bit of a mute point at moment as no DLC out, but at 9.99 a month suppose it's cheaper than buying them.

Love silent hill games but wasn’t a fan of the 4th the room, I didn’t bother to finish the game.

It has the best writing since SH2, and the last stage is real mindf*** nightmare stuff. And it has an Event Horizon shoutout too.

Not bought but downloading Immortals Fenyx Rising as it's part of the Ubisoft plus sub. Reading some reviews I like the sound of this more than the new assassin's creed.

Last of us II from Sainsbury’s £24. Cheapest I’ve seen it anywhere even online, amazon, eBay etc.

Bought this , will go out on a limb and say I'm enjoying it more than cyberpunk. It's a mixture of Pokemon and Metroidvania with lovely pixel graphics.

Bought red dead redemption 2 for pc , supposed too look stunning on higher settings after its downloaded ( it's 150gb) will post what it's like.

You must have a top end PC. Do you use a game pad for games like this and obviously a mouse and keyboard for FPS.

Funny enough I installed it on my PS5 yesterday, does look stunning, took up 110GB of space... unfortunately I tried for about 45 minutes to play it and because you can only invert the y axis (up and down) I spent 45 mins going the wrong way and bumping into stuff and gave myself a terrible headache :lol:

uninstalling it later :lol: :(

I really don't understand why it's so large on ps4/5 it's only 59gb on pc and it's supposed to be about the same on xbox.

I don't know if it's the same on PC but it has the entire Red Dead 1 map as well so it is a massive game. It comes on 2 discs as well which is pretty unusual as you'll know.

It's a real shame my stupid brain cannot get the hang of regular controls, the other half thinks it's hilarious...

It does , which made most people think they would do a remaster of the first. Played it on ps4 but it's such a great game happy to play it again and see what it looks like on PC, hell if they did a remaster for the ps5 I would probably buy it again.

Picked this up on sale loving it so far looks great so vibrant and colourful its a welcome change from more serious games i love the more cartoon look of it its like Zelda BOTW lite which is great for me.

I tried playing it I can’t it’s hard to take in and concentrate take a look for yourself,
