However, it does look like a solid horror adventure game nonetheless. But if anybody thinks this stuff with the werewolf things and the vampire cult makes any sense, then nope. It doesn't.

I enjoyed Resident Evil 7 but it didn't feel like a Resident Evil game and this feels even further away from that again i'm still looking forward to playing it but not really Resident Evil games.

Yeah. RE was particularly ruined with RE5 and 6.

Awkward

I played the demo for RE8 last night, and thought it was swell. It's definitely not Action Horror like RE4 is. However, the story is not typically something RE does. I mean, witches, werewolves and vampires is quite out of the ordinary.

Didn't know the demo was available (thanks for the heads up), downloading it now. btw I actually bought Resident Evil 5 remastered for the PS4 last night. Was just 6.39 in the current PSN sale. From what I've seen, it looks much better than it did on the PS3. I know that game is disliked but I figured I'd get my money's worth. Also my wife and I will be able to play it together which is pretty cool.

‘A Quiet Place’ is Being Made Into a Video Game

A Quiet Place has scared up a lot of money for Paramount. The two films have centered around the nuclear family and the fragile relationships therein. Oh, and it has centered on giant ****ing monsters that shred you to pieces if you make a sound. It’s a great idea for a film… and a tremendous idea for a video game.

Video game studio, iLLOGIKA is quietly working on a game adaptation of the film. Sabre Interactive announced this week that the game is currently in development. While there aren’t any details or gameplay footage or even an idea of what the game might play like, the very idea of A Quiet Place game is exciting.

“The A Quiet Place video game will let fans experience the tension of the films with a level of immersion they’ve never felt before.” Hervé Sliwa, Creative Director at iLLOGIKA said.

There have been some terrifying games that involve sneaking around in the dark. Outlast definitely comes to mind. If we take the mechanics of something like Outlast or Alien: Isolation and add in the world of A Quiet Place, there are the makings of a terrifying gaming experience.

There are no official release date details past the announcement that the game will arrive in 2022 at some point. We will give you more details when we get them
