Those of you looking to buy an iMac, they are fantastic, but don't go with the basic configuration, always upgrade the RAM and HD because they're made in a way now that you can't replace any of the parts without taking the screen out of the chassis!

Get pc game pass for £3.99 a month some great games and from now on all but Xbox exclusives come to it, if you have a good pc no point in getting a Xbox

Your graphics card is better than the one I bought, I'm not really a gamer so didn't splash out too much on it. Works perfectly fine for 1080p 60fps though. I miss the 4k res of my iMac though but I don't fancy spending out on a 4k monitor right now.

I could hook mine up to 4K tv but more than happy playing it on my gaming monitor at 1080p . Tried it on tv and the text was just too small on some games even on a 43 inch tv.

The vast majority of pc gamers still use 1080, just a smaller minority with 4 K and 8k

MacOS has some sort of voodoo, I don't know how it does it but you get the whole real estate of the 4k res but the UI itself seems to scale up so everything looks like a 1080p UI but you have loads of space to move your windows! It's been around 3 months, so I'm used to the pure 1080p now.

Windows was ok as it adjust the font, but a lot of games had no option to adjust the size of text etc.
