It's something you won't regret as it's a top film and the HD picture and sound quality are outstanding.

Cool. Looking forward to it - the dvdbeaver screengrabs were reason enough to blind buy Will be the first BU Blu Ray in my collection too. Which is nice . . .

It's a fine disc to kick off your Blu-ray collection.

I picked up CANNIBAL HOLOCAUST and Arrow's CAT O'NINE TAILS yesterday.

Haven't watched them yet though,so I'll report back.....what I did watch though was Optimum's superb MANHUNTER-What a job they've did on that!
Nothing short of astounding!

A top class transfer to one of the best serial killer flicks ever made.
I've owned umpteen versions of this over the years, and this blows everything else out of the water!

Another Jesus H Christ! transfer was Synergy's THE EXTERMINATOR-FANTASTIC!!!
Let's hope the Arrow transfer in on a par.

Couldn't resist getting this blu ray digibook:-

Starring Sean Connery, Michael Caine, directed by John Huston and based on a Rudyard Kipling novel. Sounds like a really excellent adventure film.

Would also like to get the original KING KONG digibook, perhaps one for next month.

Just finished watching The Notebook and it looks great in HD. I really am going to have to get the US Limited Edition set, it deserves a place in my collection as its such a phenomenal film. Gonna need an hour now to wipe up the tears and get over it before I'll be able to go to bed and sleep.

Very nice order.
I am counting the days until Island of Lost Souls arrives at my door. I still need to order Kuroneko from Criterion, have you seen it before? I loved it.
The Criterion Kiss Me Deadly is a wonderful Blu.
I still haven't seen the Phantom Carriage, Hulu Plus has it for instant viewing.

Can you confirm that the SWV BD's are, indeed, region-locked?
