Yes, you're right the pic quality is really very very good. Watched it upscaled and doubt it's ever looked so great. Exceptional job from Arrow. Wonder if the print needed a lot of restoration or they just sourced a print that hadn't been abused? If you're considering a purchase, don't hesitate. This is as good as it will ever look.

Can't really afford to be buying DVD's but this was very cheap and I've always wanted to see it.

I didn't care much for Autopsy when I first watched it. Although it's still not a favourite, it has grown on me since.

Good choices! I'm working my way through some pre-30's cinema at the moment with my GF as part of a project, and I'm debating picking up a whole bunch of the MoC stuff when we've finished.

anyway, I picked up Spaced series 1&2, Nightmare In A Damaged Brain and Friday the 13th reboot for a total of £3 on Sunday at a car boot, and then pre-ordered The Guns of Navarone on blu for £5.99!!! From HMV

This weeks arrivals.....

Went the Day Well is a marvellous British war film. Can't help thinking The Eagle has Landed nicked most of its ideas. Bad Jack Higgins. :tsk:
