I got an e-mail from Planet Axel today to say that Mother's Day has been pushed back to 31/12. :(

I cancelled mine and ordered Dark Night of the Scarecrow instead, I'll order it when I know it's actually released!

Excellent choices -- I've had the Nosferatu set for nearly 9 years!

I've just put the sepia version on, and upscaled from my Blu Ray player, it looks good considering it's age. I'm currently in the process of conducting a study, as part of my Music Technology Diploma, on the use of music in Horror films, so what better way to emphasise my point than a silent classic like this

Just got the dispatch note from HMV for Stand By Me, Boyz N The Hood, Das Boot and The Bridge Over The River Kwai for the princely sum of £23.96!

I bloody well love online shopping!

Oh, and whilst I'm here, anybody after a copy of 2001: A Space Odyssey? I've got one for sale/trade :thumb:

Have you seen Power Play before? Is it an action packed war film?

bdc 6th October 2011 06:55 PM

Not seen it yet but it sounds interesting.
It's about a military coup but there's more to it. ;)
