WHAT HAVE YOU SEEN/BOUGHT ON BLU-RAY RECENTLY and CAN YOU RECOMMEND IT?

EYES WIDE SHUT was on tv a few weeks ago I think
I had seen it before of course, and it wasn't a bad film, but I'm not a big fan of Kubrick
he's one of these 'famous' directors...but I wouldn't buy any of his films
that also applies to Spielberg amongst many others

If all goes according to plan two packages with some fun HK stuff will be heading my way tomorrow...finally...the seller wanted an international bank transfer so it took a bit longer to arrange payment... ;)

Just hope I get them in time for Christmas.

Even though I have loads of unwatched discs and plenty more on the way, I was reminded I didn't have Full Metal Jacket on BD, so corrected that by ordering second copy from Amazon.

That should be sorted in a few days as I've ordered the US BD, which has already been shipped.

2001 also regarded a mediocre movie when it was released .Time will tell!

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but I believe that Firefox disc is the shorter version, judging by the running time. The US disc is 11 mins longer.
